How can I help?

Hi and welcome to my JustGiving page. I find it so sad and upsetting to watch those in need struggle to get the most basic needs met. I believe as we all hopefully do that every human being has a right to these basic needs. Things like shelter, safety, food, water and medical care are fundamental to our survival, not to mention our mental and physical wellbeing. As a Meditation and Yoga teacher, I would like to offer practises and teachings that help you connect with your true self and give you a sense of wellbeing. In exchange for this, I ask that you donate to my JustGiving page.

I feel such gratitude for the opportunities I have had in my life and for being able to study the wisdom of great Yogis and Meditators. Of course I am still very much a student in this vast world of spirituality but I believe what I can share in my online classes will give you a sense of connection to your body, breath and mind in a way that contributes to deep wellbeing. These time-tested and ancient practises not only help you find balance in a crazy busy world but restore health, happiness and connection.

Join me Monday's and Wednesday's and practise Yoga and Meditation and donate to my page so that our practise echos outwardly to help those in need right now.
