Through my extensive knowledge, teaching and daily practise of mindfulness, meditation and yoga, I create bespoke sessions for you or your employees targeted at stress management, nervous system balance, wellbeing and joy.

Combining ancient and timeless practises with modern understandings backed up the latest science combined with my own personal experiences of teaching and practising, studying Zen, Yoga and more as well as staying in meditation centres and yoga ashrams, I bring a mixture of modalities that help you find a sense of wellbeing both within our sessions as well as coming away with skills you can easily integrate into your life.

What I have discovered is that finding balance involves an honest look at where you are at and a conscious effort to implement practises that balance yin and yang - sun and moon - up-regulation and down-regulation.

Using practises from Yoga, Zen and more I combine breath-work, mindfulness movement and simple meditation that can be experienced by anyone. Please scroll down to explore my services available.

What I Offer

  • 20 minute mindful 1-1 session. Either in person or online through zoom. Experience a quick hit of mindfulness with me with tools to arrive in the here and now.

    This powerful yet quick session includes a guided meditation of inviting in awareness of the body, breath and your surroundings as well as a reflection on the tools used. It works excellent both as an introduction to the world of mindfulness and meditation or as a drop in session you may want to book throughout the year whenever it is needed.

    Short enough to fit in whenever and where you are but powerful enough to change the course of the day! All you need is your phone or computer and 20 minutes of time.

  • 5 weeks of 45min sessions with me either online or zoom learning the practise of meditation. Throughout the weeks I will introduce to you to the art of meditation, slowly building on your experience and knowledge leaving you equipped with the tools of this incredible practise. This works great with individuals or as a group session.

  • Book me for a morning of wellbeing practises. This can be bespose to oyur needs or your employees. Choose between a collection of practises that give you a morning of incredible enriching modalities. This includes, mindful movement (slow and simple yoga), flow movements to reset the nervous system, breathwork, journal prompts, meditation walking and seated meditation.

    This session works best as either a 2 hour or 3 hour session (breaks included). It works incredibly well as a one-off session or something repeated across the year to help reaffirm the work.

    Not only do you experience the immediate effects of these practises but you will learn how to intergrate this into your life.

  • Flexible, combinations of my offerings when you need it. Book hourly sessions with me across a range of my offerings. Book in a short call with me free of charge to help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth. From here we can design a series of sessions that are bespoke to your individual needs.

  • I have brought my mindfulness and wellbeing practises to groups who are staying away on retreats or education weekends. I can structure wellebing practises around a week you are planning and include mindfulness walks in nature, cold immersion, yoga classes, meditation classes and group exersises like journaling and movement.

With practises routed in mindfulness you can experience a shift in awareness and a physical change in your body in just moments. With the power of the breath connected with my simple guided sessions, you can feel a radical shift in your nervous system and mind. With enquiry and time tested modalities from Yoga, Zen and Qigong you can feel the grip of tension and stressful thoughts loosen leaving a sense of clarity, peace and grounding.

Tools for the rest of your life

Fundamental to my teachings are the transformative power of not just how effective these tools are but how simple they can be in impliment into your life. I am passionate about giving people the knowhow, the confidence and the wisdom to take my teachings into the rest of their life to better manage stressful situations, navigate trials and tribulations and find balance amongst a constantly moving world.
